“Education or Employment: - The Challenges to Tertiary Education in 21st Century.”
The subject is very large and the time is short, this is the mechanism of the world .However in the contemporary context the human behaviour mainly depend on the competing of enjoyment. So the life come in to the satisfaction and searching the satisfaction. Even technological innovation stimuli the people for a new consumer culture. So the monitory facility is must for enjoying the life. In this way I can express the employment is the best.
In tertiary education is the challenge because the life expectancy in the world is low. Anyhow the tertiary education starts to a person in his /her important period of life enjoyment. In this period the most of the students have the monitory problem and sacrificing the duration for education without enjoyment. So they lose the period from this world for collecting some knowledge. After the tertiary education they have to wait at a suitable job and pass some years there. Even it is the investment of the education there are a lots of lost. The opportunity cost of the selection here the lost is bigger than gaining.
However the rationale priority depends on mind .the investment of tertiary education is much than the enjoyment of life. Tertiary education period and behaviour not an experience or intentions in a working background even that group the knowledge in a particular subject. And also an advantage for getting a good job with good salary. This is an acceptable thing but the opportunity cost for it is higher than the gaining experience from employment and enjoying life.
When we get the tertiary education there have to be ddependant and psychologically have to be as a burden of parents. In this period the mind is with a stress of education and monitory problem. Even there we work in a situation there enjoy the life and think deeply for a good life with a good partner. So the on future selections depend on the present act. In this manner I think the employment is the good way in this period for a selection with free of mind.
Employment is an attitude and also an education through experience. If a person selects an employment then he/she get an enthusiasm for their growth. So an employee is growing day by day .in this mention the period of working is a hierarchal power that feels with the employee and also a person learning the bright of future through the employment. But he/she studied that period then the grownup the knowledge and differs with this situation and learning for future job seeking. Education maintains the employment through an investment but the employment maintains the same good job through experience.
1. However the present world takes the experience for a handle to mechanic the world rather than education. Education mentions the knowledge with a cost for a future life enjoying. But the employment executes the enjoyment at the same period and save some happiness in the same age and correct time.
So the satisfaction is in the life for a person through the employment in the age but on other hand territory education could not enjoy this thing. So the value of this loss is depending on mind and life expectancy of the both groups. Nobody can stop the death and the life condition that determines the death that before and after. The tertiary education should have to change with an employment evens it may be a big problem because the theories are old but the societies are new .so new society have new experience and new theories it will be written with an experience rather than the tertiary education. So the steps of the tertiary education start with the employment. It will decrease the unemployment rate of a country and develop the country and decrease poverty and get high level life expectancy.
But in this world the job is the fortune after the tertiary education this is by every government should have to implement a n employment after the 2nd try education in a particular sector. So that may be an encouragement for a spectrogram development. There the knowledge will be developed with a development of the society.
If the government implement the project as the employment after the 2ndary education there will not be any educational expenditure for the government or the long term loans .so the government can makes the employment through this money. Such as intend the private sector for investment and implement good infrastructure facilities, and attract the foreign investment (etc).on this side government should have the training programs and select some right persons for the right sectors for carrying out the training program.
In any field can do this type of training programme such as medical and engineering sector also? So education also grownup as a practicable education. So here education mention the understanding of unknown things with a good imagination’s here the thinking of a person will be clear through the practicable experience and this intend to so many new things or finding outs. So every country changes as a happy country and there will be a good sartorial development.
The employment after the 2ndary education will decrease the social cost and keep up the people mind in a good relationship. So the time for doing bad thing will be decreased. It is the positive thing for every government to spend the money for the people. So there will decrease the need of police and cost for jails etc.
This decreases the international terrorism also. Because if every government have a good policy how there will be a mind for thing about terrorist act. So the arm groups against the government will be decrease and also the terrorism activities and thinking for terrors activities will be decrease. So this is a key function to implement employment after the 2ndary school.
Gender wise problems will be solved through the employment system. Because in this world women have a high range of employment rather than man. So it is a difficult problem and that will shift
